After finishing my studies I worked as a tourist guide. I enjoyed the cycle tours, the farm visits and above all, chatting with tourists. They are often so interested to know more about our history and the current challenges of peatland management. As they increasingly request about authentic peatland souvenirs I became interested in peatland products. After internships at peatland farms I followed an entrepreneurship course and I started the Peatland shop.
It is still not a big supermarket but we increasingly offer a variety of products which are authentic, suitable or just fashionable in our region. Welcome!
